Mee Bandung Muar

Dah siap hidangkan utk dimakan... nyum nyum....

Cara2 membuat mee bandung...

Weekend baru ni ada kawan baru kawin telefon kata nak datang, apa lagi buat mee bandung muar la jawab nya.. tapi pakai telur rebus, sepatutnya pakai telur pecah kat dalam masa nak makan baru masukkan...

Enjoy the photos:-
Mula2 rebus mee kuning tu. sambil2 potong apa2 bahan nak ditabur.

Kemudian, kat kuali, tumis bawang merah yg dah dicincang. Dah wangi terus je masukkan rempah mee bandung.. dan masukkan air dalam paket rempah tu sebanyak 3x. Pindah kan dalam periuk supaya senang nak cedok, tak tumpah2...
